Company Background:

STG is a small business with less than 50 professional staff.  Our staff has an average experience level of over 20 years in the design development and delivery of systems for the commercial, federal and defense marketplaces.   This experience is key to the STG delivery success.   The technical and engineering staff have worked together for over ten years delivering complex distributed, client-server and user intensive systems for our customers.

STG was formed in 1997 as a privately held Colorado C-Corporation.  The company continues under the same management since its inception.   Over the past five years, STG has grown both in revenue and profits - through this growth, STG has always been profitable.   STG is debt free. 

  • December 1997 - IBM Development Partnership established
  • December 1998 - FileNET IMS integrated with ImGateTM
  • May 1999 - Concentrex WebPB Home Banking and ImGateTM fully integrated for Check Viewing over the Internet
  • June 1999 - First System Installed for a Major US Credit Union - supporting 20,000 on-line users, and 2 million on-line check documents
  • July  2000 - ImGateTM supports over 80,000 on-line users with over 6 million on-line documents 
  • November 2000 - ImGateTM services its 3 millionth on-line customer login
  • November 2000 - ImGateTM rolls out on-line electronic bank statements; handling over 220,000 accounts
  • February 2001 - ImGateTM services its 4 millionth on-line customer login
  • August 2002 - ImGateTM services over 13.5 millionth on-line customer login; and its 10 millionth check image retrieval
  • July 2002 - ImGateTM system expanded to handle over 3 million on-line members; providing subsecond access to electronic statements and check images
  • August 2002 - ImGateTM rolls out new InSight system monitoring and performance analysis package
  • November 2002 - ImGateTM adds alternative to GIF in PNG image format reducing check image size by 30%
  • January 2003 - ImGateTM single site performance benchmarked at over 40,000 on-line daily users providing sub-second (>0.050 second) access to both checks and e-statements
  • August 2003 - ImGateTM services its 25 millionth on-line customer login; and 16 millionth check image retrieval
