STG will provide fixed price solutions when the systems are defined, STG
can assume total system delivery responsibility and we have an acceptable degree of
control of external dependencies. We will also provide technical and project
management support under time and material.
ImGate Product:
Turn-key ImGateTM system pricing includes
installation, support and training. Costs are dependent on your specific operating
environment. Cost System integration factors include your e-Commerce environment,
document management system interfaces, mainframe interfaces, data capture architecture and
Web system configuration.
ImGate Support:
STG offers a full range of support options to our customers; including basic licensing for
upgrades and warranty support, to on-line monitoring of our client's systems to include
regular status reporting of system operations and usage.
